That 70s chic

Personal style is such that it is a reflection of the individual’s taste, experiences, and perhaps even aspirations. It is a form of self expression. Adventurous, elegant, sprinkled with a high dosage of quirkiness, I like to think of my style as an expression of the modern woman with an edge- classy but not afraid to be quirky either. She stands out from the crowd, for the right reasons.I love that fashion can transcends eras and cultures. Add personal style and the options are limitless.Today’s look is inspired by the 70s era. The double plaid look was one well played (see what I did there!😂) with the clever juxtaposition of colors.Think Farrah Fawcett. Think plaids. Think wide legs. Think vibrant colorsI bought each of these items separately not knowing what I would pair with what. As soon as I got the jumper, I thought of the plaid pants and thus; like a puzzle, piece after piece, it all came together. That for me, is the most exciting and possibly fulfilling part of creating a look. Starting with a blank canvas and creating something you are proud of, can relate to, and and hopefully, one that others can connect with. Hope you like the look.
