The royal wedding had us all glued to our screens over the weekend. So many beautiful moments; from the bride’s little helpers assisting her with her dress, to her graceful walk to the altar, the powerful message from Bishop Curry who sure took us to church, the choir’s beautiful rendition of Stand By Me…the list goes on.
It’s that time of the year again. The day the world goes green and the world at large celebrates a special nation for its rich history, lush landscape, dynamic heritage and culture, amongst many other things. Continue reading Go for Green- St Paddy’s Day 2018

This outgoing season has seen the rise of gingham. I was sharing with a friend recently about how I don’t feel pressured to follow trends. I’m not saying I’m immune to them but neither am I slave to them. Continue reading Gingham style

Happy new month, folks!😘 I can’t believe we are in the latter half of the year already. Time to revisit those goals and smash them. 😎😉Here’s to wishing you all a more productive and fruitful rest of the year.
Heading off to an occasion soon and still no outfit? We are now in the thick of event season as summer officially kicked off. Today’s post is yet another ticket to standing out in a crowd for the right sartorial reasons. Separates have always been something I’m inclined to go for simply because they allow me more room for creativity than dresses do and really, you hardly run the risk of wearing the same outfit as anyone else. Whatever the occasion, refresh your wardrobe with some bright hues. This combination of a light pink classic shirt with a twist of tie back detail and white jacquard culottes is a recipe for understated elegance. Opted for a blush toned pair of shoes to complete the look. I love the monochromatic look I was able to achieve with the pink/white/blush combo. It allows each item to flourish individually and collectively. Sometimes less is indeed more.
Hope you like the look. Have a great week.
